motion to dismiss and motion to strike, and the court
having allowed an amendment by interlineation and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Defendants' motion to dismiss is hereby
denied and the Defendants are granted twenty (20) days
within which to further plead.
r 2. The Defendants' motion to strike is taken under
I advisement pending receipt of briefs to be filed by
! the parties herein.
