KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United 5t3tes of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Jasper Andres, a single
adult
dated December 12 1961 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 25 on page
g , securinn the payment of the sum of T'Wp THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS AND NO/100.------
Dollars (S 2,600.00 )
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebte~;ness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in,
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. '
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federal Savings and Loan Associaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presents to be
subscribed in its corporate name by its Vice President
and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed this 23rd day of January , 19 74 .
