intersection with the aforesaid East line of Section 36; thence
run South 0°49' West along said East line, a distance of 1200.07
feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; the above described
lands being in Government Lot 4, Section 36, Township 37 South,
Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with the buildings and improvements thereon and
TOGETHER with all riparian rights thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining.
SUBJECT, however, to taxes for the year 1979 and to all
covenants, restrictions, easements and other matters of record.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever, together
with all of the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, subject only to the matters
aforesaid.
