ASSIGNMENT OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE & SECURITY AGREEMENT
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, W. JULIAN FIELD, as Trustee, does hereby
grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over without recourse
or warranty unto SUSAN PHIPPS COCHRAN, MELISSA ADEANE PHIPPS and
HUBERT GRACE PHIPPS, as tenants in common, that certain mortgage
and security agreement executed to John J. Poehlmann, as Nominee,
by Piper's Landing, Inc., a Florida corporation, the 30th day of
May, 1973, and recorded in Official Record Book 214, page 2401,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and in Official Record
Book 357, page 2336, public records of Martin County, Florida upon
five parcels of land, situate and being in said Counties and State
as described in Exhibit A attached hereto, which was thereafter
assigned to said W. Julian Field, as Trustee, by Louis B. Giese,
Nominee for the benefit of the Trustees of First Wisconsin Mortgage
Trust, a business trust organized and existing under the laws of the
State of Massachusetts, located at Chicago, Illinois, the 9th day of
November, 1979, and recorded in Official Record Book 297, page 2498,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and in Official Record
Book 456, page 1891, public records of Martin County, Florida.
