. Before me, the undersigned authority, on this
day of December, 1979, personally appeared SAM ANDERSON,
who first being duly sworq, depose and say:
1. Affiant and spouse are the owners of the following
described property:
Lot 20, in Block 2, of AUGUSTA SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 8, at Page 34, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Affiant and spouse were married prior to April
26, 1971 and have remained married continuously since
that time.
3. Affiant is not the same person as named in that
certain Notice of Federal Tax Lien recorded in Official
Records Book 299, Page 1130, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and has never resided at 508 North
9th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida.
Further Affiant sayeth not.
