SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, executed this 3rd day of January, 19 80,
that the United States of America, acting by and through the Secretary of Housing
and Urban Development, the Owner and Holder of a certain Mortgage, executed by

to the United States of America bearing date of Seatember 4. 1970 recorded
in Official Records 186 pages 2845 thru 2853 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, State of Florida securing the payment of the sum

upon the real property situate in that State and County described as:
Lot 10, Block J, Alamanda Vista S/D
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5,
page 49 public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
does hereby acknowledge full payment, satisfaction, and release of the aforementioned
Mortgage, and the debt herein secured, and Victor R. Hollis, Jr. as the duly
authorized agent of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and of the United
States of America, does hereby direct the Clerk of St. Lucie County, State of
Florida to release the aforementioned Mortgage of Record, and to enter such
satisfaction at length in the official records book.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the United States of America, the Owner and Holder of the afore-
mentioned Mortgage, has caused this Satisfaction of Mortgage to be signed in its
