municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Florids, does hereby acknowledge
full satisfaction of the amount claimed to be due for constr«cting those certain
local improvements adjacent to and abutting upon and around she following described
property, and that the said City of Fort Pierce does hereby consent and direct that
