ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN AD LITEM,
ADMINISTRATOR AD LITEM, AND ATTORNEY AD LITEM
THIS CAUSE having come on before me upon Plaintiff's
Motion for Appointment of Guardian Ad Litem, Administrator Ad
Litem, and Attorney Ad Litem for the Defendants in this cause,
and it appearing to the Court that all of the Defendants have
been duly and properly served constructively by publication of
Notice of Action to quiet title and that none of .the Defendants
have filed responsive pleadings or made any appearance within
the time set forth in the Notice of Action, and that the Plain-
tiff is not able to determine whether any of the named Defendants

are in the military service of the United States of America or
whether any of the Defendants are minors or otherwise incompe-
tent, and it further appearing to this Court that the appoint-
ment of Guardian Ad Litem, Administrator Ad Litem and Attorney
Ad Litem is necessary in this cause, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that W. 0' Quinn ,
Esquire, an attorney learned in the law, be and he is hereby
appointed as Guardian Ad Litem, Administrator Ad Litem and
Attorney Ad Litem for the following defendants in this cause:
WESTERN ENTERPRISES MANAGEMENT COMPANY, a Nevada corporation,
if active, and if dissolved, the last known directors, and all

persons or parties claiming by, through, under or against them;
and all parties or persons having or claiming any right, title,
