Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast
1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 17, Township 34 .
South, Range 40 East, run thence East along the Section
line 298.6 feet, more or less, to the center line of
Old U. S. Highway Number 1, for the point of beginning;
from said point of beginning, run Northwesterly along
said centerline 186.30 feet to a point; thence run East
96.3 feet, more or less, to the West right-of-way line
of the New U. S. Highway Number 1; thence run South-
easterly along said West right of way line to the Section
line; thence run West along said Section line to point
of beginning; said land situate, lying and being in St.
Lucie County, Florida.
