Mahler and Marie i P. Mahler, his wife dated August 22nd 19 61 ,and recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O. R. Book 17 on page 522 , securinn the payment of the sum of Eight Thousand, Two Hundred and no/100-------- Dollars (S 8,200.00-------) covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit{laim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to cancel the same of record. .
