5. John M. McCarty, whose address is 2611 South
Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, and who is qualified
under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as personal
representative of decedent's estate is entitled to preference fn
appointment as personal representative because he is the surviving
spouse and is named in her will.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are personal property, real property in excess of
$100,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth fn paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated
February 19, 1970, is in the possession of the court or accom-
panies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted
to probate and that John M. McCarty be appointed personal repre-
sentative of the Florida estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read
