I. I desire and direct that my body be buried in a Christianlike manner, suitable to my circumstances in life. \ II. I desire and direct that all of my just debts be paid without ~ unnecessary delay by my Executor, hereinafter named and appointed. III. . ~ I give, bequeath and devise to my son, JOHN MOORS McCARTY, JR:, my daughter, MARGARET EVELYN McCARTY, my son, THOMAS CHESTER McCARTY, and my husband, JOHN MOORS McCARTY, SR., all of my estate, ~I both real and personal, of every sort, not hereinbefore specifically i I devised, in equal parts, share and share alike. IV. I desire, in compliance with the wishes and bequest made by 3 my beloved mother, MARGARET C. FOSGATE, in her Will, dated August I7, 1949, in Item VI, paragraph (d), in which I was appointed a trustee of her trust estate, and the power herein conferred to ( nominate and to appoint by Will a successor trustee, with like power, duties, and authority, that my husband, JOHN M. McCARTY, serve as successor trustee, and I hereby nominate and appoint JOHN a t ° M. McCARTY to serve as trustee with the other trustees of my I~lother's trust estate.
