I, NORRIS J. COOPER, a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory; do make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking all former Wills by me at any time made, and intending
hereby to devise and bequeath all of the property, both real or
personal, of which I may die seized and possessed, or to which I
may be entitled at the time of my death, wherever the same may be
situated, as follows, to-wit:
FIRST: I direct my Personal Representative hereinafter
named to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon
after my decease as is practicable.
SECOND: I give and devise such of my tangible personal
property to those persons designated in a separate writing in exis-
tence at the time of my death, which list is signed by me and which
describes the items and the devisees with reasonable certainty.
THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath the sum of One Thousand
j ($1,000.00) Dollars to JULIA t~iAE JOHNSON, provided she survives me;
~ One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars to LILLIAtJ SHEWBROOK; provided she

( survives me; and One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars to ANNIE LEE JORDAN,
provided she survives me.

whether real, personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath unto
