named children fail to survive me, I give, devise and bequeath
that child's share to those children of that child who survive
me, if any. If that child has no children surviving me, I give,
devise and bequeath that child's share to those of my children who
survive me, in equal shares, share and share alike, to have and to
hold unto themselves absolutely and forever.
FIFTH: I hereby constitute and appoint FIRST NATIONAL
BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF STUART, as Personal Representative of

power as such Personal Representative to administer my estate, ex-
cusing it from giving bond, or making any return to any court. I
expressly confer upon it full authority and power to manage, invest
and reinvest, to sell and convey any part or all of my estate at
public or private sale, with or without notice, as it may deem best,
and without any order of court. I authorize it to make good and
sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and to hold the proceeds of
any sale for such use as it may deem best for the interest of my es-
j tate. I further hereby expressly confer upon it the authority and
power to borrow money for the use of my said estate in any instance

where it may think it necessary and proper, and to secure the same by
mortgage, trust deed or other form of security to or upon any part of
my estate; this it may do without any order of any court.
