The foregoing instrument was subscribed by the said
NORRIS J. COOPER, in our presence, and acknowledged by him to each
of us and he, at the same time, declared the foregoing instrument as
subscribed by him to be his Last Will and Testament, and we at his
request,. have signed our names as witnesses-thereunto, in his presence
and in the presence of each other, and have written opposite our

Will as a witness and that to the best of the knowledge of each witness
the Testator was at that time 18 or more years of age, of sound mind
and under no constraint or undue influence. _
