LETTERS OF GUARDIANSHIP
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, GLADYS MARIE HUTSON and BRBCIDA MARIE LEi~RS were appointed guardians
of BTHEL FLETCHSR by the undersigned Circuit Judge on 1 e~~' , 1979, and
WHEREAS, the said GLADYS MARIB HUTSON and BRffi~iDA MARIE LEWIS have taken
oath and given bond, as required by law, and is entitled to Letters of Guardianship;
NOW, therefore I, PHILIP G. NOURSE, Cianit Judge in and for the county
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, by virtue of the power and authority by law in me
vested, do hereby declare the said GLADYS MARIE HUTSON and BRENDA MARIE LEWIS to
be duly qualified under the laws of the state of Florida to act as guardians of
the property of ETHEL FLETCHER, with full power to ask, demand, sue for, recover,
and receive any assets belonging to said BTHEL FLE_TCHER; to pay the debts of the
said ETHEL FLETCHER, if any, so far as the assets of her estate will permit and
r the law direct, and to protect the interests of said ETHEL FLETCHER and her estate
