PETITION FOR DISCHARGE WITHOUT ACCOUNTING
The undersigned, as Personal Representative of
the above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, ROBERT WRIGHT KLINGMAN, a resident
of 5t. Lucie Lounty, r~ioricta, died on the lyth day or November,
1978, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner
on December 6, 1978.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Account
and Servtice of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge
of Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate
by making payment, settlemen± or other disposition of all
claims and debts that were presented and by paying or making
provision for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amounts of compensation either paid or to be
paid to she Personal Representative, attorneys, accountants,
appraisers or other agents employed by the Personal Represen-
tative are:

5. Petitioner has .filed all required estate tax
returns with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department
of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and

3 taxes, if any.
