PETITION FOR DISCHARGE WITHOUT ACCOUNTING
The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, Mayme McKnight, a resident of St.
Lucie i:ounty, F-iorida, died on the 3rd day of August, 1979,
and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on
September 10, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Account
and Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Dis-
charge of Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully. administered this estate
by making payment, settlement or other disposition of all
claims and debts that were presented and by paying or making
provision for the payment of taxes and expenses of adminis-
tration.
4. The amounts of compensation either paid or to be
paid to the personal representative, attorneys, accountants,
appraisers or other agents employed by the personal represen-
tative are:

turns with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of

obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
