RELEASE OF EASEMENT i
The undersigned JACQUELINE B. ARATA being the Grantee

and holder of that certain fifty foot easement for ingress and
i
egress as described in that certain Warranty Deed dated June 11, { +
1973 between JOHN M. McCARTY and LOUISE F, McCARTY, his wife,
and recorded June 14, 1973 at Official Record Book 215, Page 100 ,
said easement described as follows: f

A 50-foot easement lying in Section 11, Township ~
37 South, Range 38 East, for ingress and egress
being described-as follows: From the intersection
of the West line of Section 11, and the North-
. westerly line of a right-of-way for Glades Cut- j
Off Road, run Northeasterly along said right-of-
way line 42 feet, more or less, to the point of
i
beginning; thence at rignc angles run NViLlI-
westerly 40 feet, more or less, to the Southeast
corner of the North 1/2 of the South 1/4 of the
East 1/4 of Section 10; thence run North along
the section line 69 feet, more or less; thence
run Southeasterly 88 feet, more or less, to the
Northwesterly line of aforesaid right-of-way;
thence run Southwesterly 50 feet to the Point
of Beginning
said JACQUELINE B. ARATA does hereby release, relinquish and
convey any and all riuhts to said easement.
