AND SETTING ASIDE DEFAULT
THIS CAUSE, having come on before the Court upon the
Motion of the Defendant, BONNIE KELLY and EDWARD KELLY, to Vacate
and Set Aside a Default entered by the Clerk of the Court on
November 27, 1979, and the Court, having considered the same,
the arguments of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Default entered by the
Clerk of the Court on November 27, 1979, against the Defendants,
BONNIE KELLY and ~:DWARD KELLY, is hereby vacated and set aside;
and it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that upon entry of this
Order, the Answer, with Affirmative Defenses of the said Defen-
dants, shall be deemed filed of record.
DONE AND ORDERED In Chambers at Fort Pierce, Saint
Lucie County, Florida this ~ day of January, 1980.
