THIS CAUSE came on for hearing before this Court on the
4th day of January, 1980, upon the Defendants' Motion for
Compulsory Physical Examination and the Court having con-
sidered said Motion and being otherwise duly advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND. ADJUDGED that the Motion be, and the same is
hereby granted, and the Plaintiff, WILFRED 0. DOERNER, be and
the same is hereby directed to submit to a physical examination
by Dr. Ronald H. Grober, an orthopedic surgeon practicing in
I
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida. It is further hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that during the trial of this cause,
~ Dr. Grober shall be referred to only as the independent exam-
ining physician.
