THIS CAUSE came on for hearing before this Court on the
4th day of January, 1980, upon the Defendants' Motion to Com-
pel Response to Request to Produce, and the Court having con-
sidered said Motion and being otherwise duly advised in the

premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the :notion be, and the same is ~
hereby granted, and the Plaintiffs, WILFRED 0. DOERNER and
DOROTHY DOERNER, be and the same are hereby ordered and directed
to produce the-items set forth in the Defendants' Request to
Produce filed herein within thirty (30) days from the date of
this Order or be subject to appropriate sanctions, including
