NORVELL, Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, et al., Defendants. - ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the 27th day of December, 1979, upon the Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Discovery, and the Court having reviewed the pleadings and after having heard argument of counsel and being otherwise duly advised in the pre~Tlises, it is hereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. That the Defendants' objections to Interrogatories Numbered One, Two, Three, Thirteen, Fourteen and Twenty-Six are sustained. 2. That the Defendants be and are ordered to answer Interrogatories Numbered Seven, Eight, Nine, Ten, Eleven, Twelve, and Sixteen. 3. That the Defendants be and are ordered to answer Interrogatory Twenty-Seven; however, the complaints to be listed by the Defendants shall be limited to those instances where particular complaints were made against the Defendants for use of excessive force. 4. That the Defendants be and are ordered to answer Request for Admissions Numbered Eight, Twelve and Fifteen. 5. That the Defendants be and are ordered to produce for inspection any photographs taken by the Defendants at the scene of the occurrence on or about July 6, 1978. eo~K323 pacE1673
