6. That the Defendants be and are ordered to produce
those requested items under Request for Production Number Five;
however, if any statements, etc., are claimed by the Defendants
to be work product, then in such event this Court will conduct
an in-camera inspection of those materials claimed as work
product.
7. That the Defendants be and are ordered to produce
the complete criminal investigatory file pertaining to Mildred
Gordon stemming from the incident which occurred on or about
July 6, 1978.
8. That the Defendants be and are ordered to answer
Request for Production Number Seven.
