the entire unpaid principal balance of the Note, together with
interest thereon from the date of assumption (which date shall
mean the date on which the deed from \4ortgagor to Grantee is
recorded), according to all the provisions of the Note; provided,
however, that the provisions of the Note which Grantees assume
and agree to pay shall be and hereby are modified as follows:
(a) Beginning on the date of assumption, the interest rate shall
be nine and seven-eighths per-
cent % per annum; '
(b) Beginning with the first monthly installment due following
the date of assumption, the monthly installments shall be

3. Grantees further agree to keep and perform all covenants and
conditions on the part of the Mortgagors to be kept and
performed, according to the provisions of the Mortgage, with the
same effect as though Grantees had been joint makers of the
Note and joint Mortgagors of the Mortgage; provided, however,
that the rate of interest on the unpaid principal balance of the
Note and the monthly installment shall be as provided for herein.
4. Mortgagee waives its right to accelerate the indebtedness evi-
denced by the Note arising out of said conveyance from Mort-
gagors to Grantees, and its right to payment in full of said
indebtedness at this time.
5. Mortgagors are hereby released from any and all liability evi-
denced by the Note and the Mortgage.
6. This Agreement. shall nat be construed as obligating the Mort-
gagee to waive its right of acceleration of the indebtedness
secured by the Mortgage upon a future conveyance of the
premises described in the Mortgage by the Grantees.
7. This Agreement is deemed to be made in the State of Florida,
and shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the
laws of that state.
