FARTIAL RELEASE OF FIRST MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, Florida East Coast Railway Coapany, a Florida corporation,
by its First lbrtgage Indenture dated as of January 1, 1961, given unto Barnett
Bank of Jacksonville, N. A., a corporation organized-and existing under the laws
of the United States, as Trustee (said bank being hereinafter called "Trustee"),
did grant and convey unto said Trustee, the Property therein described including
the Portion hereinafter described, to secure the payaent of S22,500,000.00 aggre-
gate principal aaount of new First Mortgage Series "A" Bords and such additional
bonds of different aeries as say thereafter De issued, with interest as therein
aentioned, and,
WHEREAS the said First.Mortga~ Indenture was aaended by the parties
thereto by a First Supplesiental Indenture dated as of July 18, 1963; and
IrHEttEAS the said First Mortgage Indenture and said First Suppleaental
Indenture are recorded in the public records of the Florida counties as follows:

WHEREAS, the Barnett National Bank of Jacksonville has changed its nose
to Barnett Bank of Jacksonville, N. A., and continues to be and is now the duly
constituted and acting Trustee under said First Mortgage Indenture and acid First
Supplesental Indenture; and
WHEREAS, Trustee has been asked to release the Parcel hereinafter described
frog the lien and operation of the First Mortgage and First Suppleaental Indenture;
NOW THF1tEE'OAE, in conaidearstion of One Dollar (S1.00) to it in hand paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Trustee releases froei the lien of said
First Moa~tgage and said First Suppleasntal Indenture unto the Florida East Coast
Railway Cospany, its successors and assigns, the following Parcel only of said
Property, described as follows:
A rectangular shaped parcel of land lying and being in
Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4).of Section 22, Township 35 South, Range .40
East, St. Lucie County, Florida said parcel being seven hundred eighty-
eight and forty-four one hundredths (788.44) feet in length, easterly
and westerly, and fifty (50) feet in width, northerly and southerly,
more particularly described as follows:
