Drawer 1048, St. Augustine, Florida 32084, hereinafter called "Grantor" to PLEASURE COPE MOBILE HOME PARK, INC., a Florida corporation, with its g.+s° principal office and place of business in Fort Pierce, Florida 33450 and its post office address being c/o Spencer 8. Gilbert, Attorney at Law, P. 0. Box 3388, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter called "Grantee", WITNESSETH: That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars (510.00) to it in hand pair! bS, cai~! Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever, the following land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: A rectangular shaped parcel of land lying and being in Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 22, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, said parcel being seven hundred eighty-eight and forty-four one hundredths (788.44) feet in length, easterly and westerly, and fifty (50) feet in width, northerly and southerly, more particularly described as follows: From the southeast corner of said Section 22, thence run westerly along the r south line of said Section 22 for a distance of 450 feet to a point, said point being marked by a concrete monument; thence go northwesterly, making s, - an angle of 630 16' 20" to said west line of Section 22, fora distance of . 1028.06 feet to a point, said point being marked by a concrete monument set in southwesterly Florida East Coast Railway Company's right-of-way line, to the point of beginning; thence for a first course, go South 690 24' 30" west for _ ~ a distance of 788.44 feet to the southwest corner of the herein described parcel of land; thence for a second course, go North 260 43' 40" West for a distance of fifty feet to a point; thence fora third course, go North 690 24' 30" East, parallel to the first course, fora distance of 788.44 feet; thence for a fourth course go South 260 43' 40" East for a distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 39,422 square feet (0.91 acre). Subject to all existing dedications and easements of record.
