TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause came on to ber heard upon the sworn Petition of
the Wife, without notice, for a temporary restraining order, re-
straining and enjoining the Husband from interfering with, molesting,
harassing, or using physical violence on the Wife and minor children,
and-the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, Karel Kirk, be and he is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting, harassing
and intimidating the Wife and using physical violence on her and the
minor children.
2. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida
are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may be necessary
in insuring the Husband's compliance with this Order without further
order of this Court.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this 9th day of January, 1980.
