TNIS CAUSE having come on for consideration upon the stipulation
entered into between the parties hereto; it appearing to the Court that
the Defendant has consented to the entry of a Final Judgment; and the
Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, LIQUID CARBONIC
CORPORATION, a Corporation, does have, receive and recover from the
Defendant, FORT PIERCE OXYGEN & EQUIPMENT, INC., whose address is, 650
