THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing without notice, and
the Court having reviewed the file and having determined
that a Default Judgment was entered against the Defendants,
LOYE P. CORBITT and THE CORBITT SECURITY AND PATROL COMPANY,
INC., after defensive pleadings had been filed in-their
behalf, and that said Default Judgment was entered in error,
it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Default Judgment entered
by the Clerk of this Court on December 26, 1979 against
LOYE P. CORBITT and THE CORBITT SECURITY AND PATROL COMPANY,
INC., be and the same is hereby set aside and a copy of this

Order shall be served on all counsel of record.
