That part of Sections 4 and 9, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida which lies within 70.00 feet Northerly of the Centerline
of Construction according to the Right of Way Map for Section 94030-2507,
State Road 70; excepting therefrom the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the
Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 in said Section 9; and LESS Canal and
Road Rights of Way;
AND
That part of Section 3, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida which lies within 70.00 feet Northerly and Southerly of the Center-
line of Construction according to the Right of Way Map for Section 94030-2507,
State Road 70; LESS Canal No. 75 R/W;
AND
That part of Section 10, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida, which lies within 70.00 feet Northerly of the Centerline of Construction
according to the Right of Way Map for Section 94030-2507, State Road 10;
AND
That part of Section 2, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida which lies within 70.00 feet Northerly and 10.00 feet Southerly of the
Centerline of Construction according to the Right of Way Map for Section
94030-2507, State Road 70, a portion of said Centerline being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 4, Township 36 South, Range 38 East;
thence N 00°09'17" W along West line of said Section 4 a distance of 146.11
feet to .the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described Centerline of Construction;
thence S 84°08'25" E along said Centerline of Construction a distance of 71.28
feet; thence S 84°16'34" E along said Centerline of Construction a distance of
3722.21 feet and crossing the North line of Section 9, Township 36 South, Range
38 East to the beginning of a curve concave Northerly; thence Easterly along
said curve having a radius of 5729.58 feet, having a central angle of 05°25`44"
an arc distance of 542.89 feet to the end of said curve; thence S 89°42'18" E a
distance of 1087.32 feet to a point on the East line of said Section 9, said point
being 289.56 feet Southerly of the Northeast corner of said Section 9; thence con-
tinue S 89°42'18" E along said Centerline of Construction, a distance of 320.75
feet to a point of curvature concave Northwesterly; thence Easterly along said
curve having a radius of 2864.79 feet, a central angle of 13°06'16", an arc dis-
tance of 655.22 feet to the end of said curve; thence N 77°11'26" E along said
Centerline of Construction a distance of 434.50 feet to a point of curvature
concave Southeasterly; thence Northeasterly along said curve having a radius of i

the end of said curve; thence N 86°53'30" E along said Centerline of Construction
