The Estate by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the District Director the interest The Estate has, as one of the beneficiaries, in } that certain Land Trust Agreement, attached and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A", in which The Estate holds a 45~ interest and a limited 5~ interest. The said Trust holds as its principal asset a mortgage upon certain property situated in St. Lucie County, ` Florida, dated the 23rd day of December, 1974, and recorded in Official Records Book 234, Page 2830, Public Records of St. Lucie ~ f 1 County, Florida, described as: i The South 790 feet of the North 1040 feet of Government Lot 2 and the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 14, Also, The South 790 feet of the North 1040 feet of the_NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and Government Lot 3 in Section 15, all being in Township 34 South, Range 40 East, together with riparian and littoral rights appurtenant thereto, but _ excepting therefrom all rights of way for - public roads, i a copy of such mortgage being attached as Exhibit "B" and incorpo- rated herein. 3. That in addition "The Estate" assigns the interest in this same trust which it received pursuant to the Order of the Circuit Court, attached as Exhibit "C" and incorporated herein. 4. This Assignment is made as collateral security for the payment by "The Estate" of the principal sum of $30,000.00 for estate taxes-plus accrued interest subject to a possible claim for refund of taxes determined to be due based upon the amount distributed to Dorothy E. Howe for the marital deduction and any other allowable modifications. - S.
