or until such time as the principle sum of Estate 'l`ax aue plus 2
accrued interest is satisfied.
6. When the payments are due, the Trustee of the Land Trust
Agreement shall cause to be paid to the United States of America `
the amount of such payment up to the amount of tax plus accrued
interest then owing. The District Director shall apply all such
collections first to the principle amount of tax due and the
remainder to be applied to the interest due up to an amount
sufficient to pay in full the principal tax due and accrued
interest.
7. The District Director shall have full right to make demand
on the Trustee of the Land Trust Agreement herein and hereby assigned
in case of any breach in the conditions of any such Land Trust
Agreement but the District Director shall not be obliged so to do
but shall notify The Estate of such breach.
8. Pursuant to paragraph S of the Land Trust Agreement,
attached and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A", this Assignment
is subject to the Trustee indicating his acceptance hereon. ,
9. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and
