8. That, pursuant to the powers aad rights hereinafter set forth and
granted to them, said- Trustees shall and will hold, possess,' convey, tease,
mort~,age or otherwise deal with the title to said real estate only when authorized
to do so on the Written direction of at least fifty (50°fc) percent of the beneficiaries
holding at Least undivided interests totalling fifty (5Q~96) percent. The Trustee shall
not be reouired to enter into any personal obligation or liability in deaf with
.said real estate nvr to make ~himselt personally liable for any damage, costs,
