THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon the
Stipulation signed by the attorneys of record involved in
this action and the Court being otherwise fully advised, it
is ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. That the estate of H04?'ARD F. HOWE shall receive
one--half of the ten percent (10$) interest in that certain
LAND TRUST AGREEMENT by and between the following parties:

WILES, of Fort Pierce, Florida, which holds as an asset a
mortgage upon the following described property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
The South 790 feet of the North 1040 feet of the
following:
GoverruZent Lot 2 and the NW 1/9 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 14, also,
The South 790 feet of the North 1040 feet of the
following:
The hE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and Government Lot 3 in
Section 15, all being in -_Tow°nship 34 South, Range
40 ?ast, toge`her with riparian and littoral rights
appurtenant thereto, but excepting therefrom all
rights of. way for public roads.
