or its distributees have received, one-half of all the monies
already distributed and to be distributed hereafter by the
trust to the ten percent (10$) interest standing in the name
of ROYAI, CLEP.I~ERS, INC. /nka/ SUPER DISCOUNT SUPPLY, INC.
3. Each party to this action shall be responsible .
for their own costs and expenses incurred as a result of
this action for declaratory judgement. {
