by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the],Sth day of Jay A.D.1977 , and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Caurt in and for the County of ST. IITCIB
State of Florida, to Official Record Book 271 Pacle 886 granted and conveyed
unto SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION and assigns, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payn~nt of the sum of
Sixty Nine Zliousand attd NO/100---------------------($69,000.00)---------- DOLLARS,
with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS the said BF1~1 D. ~'~tSON, a single adult
requested the said SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION to release
the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from
the lien and operation of said Mortgage: ~ _
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE,-That said SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION,
as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one dollar and other good and
valuable consideration dollars, to it in hand paid by the said

at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of
said mortgage unto the said

their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the
premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said

and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said
mortgage, and every part thereof; Provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing therein
contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance
of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby
released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
