RELEASE OF AGREEMENT NOT TO ENCUMBER OR TRANSFER
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the FIRST SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF OKEECHOBEE COUNTY, a corporation organized under the laws of
the United States of America, hereby unconditionally releases and discharges
WILLIAM H. WEST AND NANCY WEST HIS WIFE
from that certain Agreement Not To Encumber or Transfer dated the 7th
day of June , 19 74 ,and recorded in Official Record.
Book 228 ,page 2253 Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said FIRST SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
OKEECHOBEE COUNTY has caused these presents to be subscribed in its corporate
name by a duly authorized officer and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed
this day of December 19 79
