KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that first Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Avriett Grace, a single
adult and W. B. Grace and Margaret W. Grace, dated August 24th, 19 70 ,and recorded

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, cloth hereby acknowledge that it i
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quitclaim aU right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and loth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
