HomeMy WebLinkAbout2029 • t ~ . 84 22 III Petitioners are infonaed and believe and therefore allege that said paper-writing complies with the statutes of Tennessee r.?ade and provided in the execution of wills and that the same should be admitted to probate as and for the Last Will and Testament of Walter McLynn Sriith, deceased, and that this Court has jurisdiction thereof. PREMISES CONSIDERED, PETITIONERS PRAY: 1. That the said paper-writing dated October 31, 1974, executed by Walter McLynn Srtith in the presence of the witnesses aforesaid be admitted to probate in common form as the Last Will and Testament of. the said decedent and that petitioners be appointed Executors and letters testamentary be issued to them as such. 2.
