ORDER ADMITTING WILL TO PROBATE

This cause came on to be heard on the 8th day of
June, 1979, in the County Court for Washington County, Tennessee,
upon the petition .of Trula Glenn Smith and First Tennessee Bank
for the probate of a paper-writing purporting to be the Last
Will and Testament of Walter McLynn Smith in which the petitioner
were named as Executors (petitioner First Tennessee Bank is one
and the same entity as the Banking and Trust Company named in

the said Will}, said paper-writing bearing date the 31st day
of October, 1974, having the name of Walter McLynn Smith signed
thereto and being subscribed by Sharron Whitaker (now Sharron
Whitaker Taylor)Y Samuel B. Miller and James A. Weller, as
attesting witnesses, and it appearing to the Court from the

affidavits of Sharron Whitaker (now Sharron Whitaker Taylor),

Samuel B. Miller and James A. Weller, the subscribing witnesses, ~
who, being first duly sworn, deposed that said paper-writing
bearing date the 31st day of October, 1974 was written in the
lifetime of the said Walter McLynn Smith and that it was signed
by•Walter McLynn Smith in their presence and declared and signifi d

them, at his request and in his presence, and in the presence "
