that the said Walter McLynn~Smitfi was at the time of sound
mind and~more than eighteen (18) years of age; and it further
appearing to the Court that the said Walter McLynn Smith died '
the 3rd day of June, 1979, and that his usual place of residence
at the time of his death was Washington County, Tennessee;
all of which is, therefore, accordingly ORDERED, ADJUDGED and
DECREED by the Court.
It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED by the Court
that said instrument is the true, whole and Last Will and .
Testament of the said Walter McLynn Smith, deceased, and that
the same is hereby admitted to probate as such and the Clerk
of this Court is hereby directed to file and record the same.
It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED by the Court
that letters testamentary be issued to Trula Glenn Smith and !
First Tennessee Bank, the Executors named in the Will, upon
~ taking the oath therefor and otherwise complying with the law.
