I, WALTER McLYNN SMITH, of Johnson City, Washington County,
Tennessee, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby
make, publish and declare this my .Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking all wills, testaments and codicils heretofore made by
me .
I
All of my tangible personal property, except any such
property being used by any business in which I may be interested,
I give and bequeath to my wife, Trula Glenn Smith, if she survives
me; if she fails to survive me, I give and bequeath said tangible -
personal property to those persons designated by me in a memorandum
attached to this Will and I direct my Executor to so distribute it,
~ and any remaining shall be disposed of by my Executor as it deems
appropriate.

I direct that all of my debts, funeral and burial expenses,
including a reasonable marker to my memory, be paid as soon after
my death as is reasonably practicable and out of the first moneys
coming into the hands and reasonably available to my Executors for
those purposes.
All estate, inheritance, transfer, succession and other
death taxes with respect to my estate, or included therein by
