During the lifetime of my wife should there. arise any
circumstance making it desirable in the sole and absolute dis-
cretion of the Trustees (exclusive of my said wife) to distribute
principal to my wife, my Trustees (exclusive of my said wife)
may pay over to her or~apply for her benefit such amount or amounts
of principal at such time or times as said Trustees (exclusive

of my said wife) may determine. Taking into consideration, never-
theless, such property as is received by my wife by other provisions }
of this will or otherwise than by this will. I expressly direct
that in the distribution of principal under this provision, my
said wife shall not participate in the decision so~to.do, nor shall
she have any right to demand or require such distribution. .

Notwithstanding any direction heretofore given my Trustees
as to the distribution_of income and principal, the trust
established by this will shall terminate, if it has not previously
terminated, upon the death of my wife. _

Upon such termination, my Trustees shall i~mnediately
transfer, convey and pay over the principal of the trust and any
accumulated and undistributed income as follows:
(a) The sum of Fourteen Thousand ($14,000.00) Dollars
shall be divided among the following persons: ~

(1) To Hollis C. Mount, Johnson City, Tennessee,
the sum of Four Thousand ($4,000.00) Dollars.

(2) To Randolph R. Mutter, RFD, Limestone,.
Tennessee, the sum of Three Thousand ($3,000.00)
Dollars.
