the sum of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars.

Tennessee, the sum of Eour Thousand ($4,000.00)

Dollars.
In the event of the prior death of anp of the legatees named in
this Item VI (a), the amount to which he would have been entitled
shall lapse but it shall be distributed among the remaining -
beneficiaries of this Item VI (a) on a pro -rata basis . It is my
intention that the-sum of Fourteen Thousand ($14,000.00) Dollars -

shall be distributed to those of the above named class living when
the trust terminates and on a pro rata basis with reference to the
amounts hereinabove set out.

(b) The remainder shall be distributed as follows:
(1) One-half (1/2) to the persons, board or
legal entity authorized to receive and administer
funds of and for The Tennessee Sheriff's Youth Town, ~
Box 1385, Jackson, Tennessee, 38301, for use in its ~
general program as such legal entity may determine. s
(2) One-half (1/2) to the Trustees of The
Central Baptist Church, Johnson City, Tennessee, or
such governing body as may legally receive and hold
funds for the use and benefit of said church, for use
in its building or expansion program, but not for use '
in its General Fund for the routine operation of the
Church. This to be in memory of my mother and father,
Mr, and Mrs. Walter G. Smith.
