period, and I do give and bequeath the sum of Fifteen Thousand
($15,000.00) Dollars each to the persons named in Item IV {a),
(b), {c) and (d), and Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars to my
wife's brother, James Glenn, of Bluefield, West Virginia, if they
survive me, otherwise the bequest to any deceased person shall
lapse and be included in the residue as provided in this Item.

I give and bequeath the sum of Faurteerc Thousand {$14,000,00)
Dollars to those persons named in Item VI {a) under the same tenas
and conditions set out in said Item.

All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real ~

and personal, of. whatsoever nature and wheresoever situated, I
give, devise and bequeath to those institutions set out in Item ~

VI (b) and in the proportions therein provided. My Executors are
vested with full power, authority and title to sell any property,
real or personal, at public or private sale, for any purpose in
the handling of my estate and they may distribute in cash or in
kind the residue thereof in their sole discretion.

I direct that my Executors shall not be required to file.
any inventory of my estate and that no Executor or Trustee shall
be required or requested to give any bond, and, if not withstanding
this direction, any bond is required by law, statute, or rule of
Court, no sureties shall be required thereon.
