Glenn Smith, and the Banking and Trust Company, Johnson City,
Tennessee, Executors of this my Last tJill and Testament and
Trustees of the trust herein created, but if my said wife pre-
deceases me, fails, refuses or ceases to act as Executor or
Trustee for any reason whatsoever, I hereby noainate, constitute
and appoint the Banking and-Trust Company, Executor and Trustee,
to serve alone, it not being my intention to require two Executors
or Trustees. Wherever I have used herein the word Executors,
Trustees, Executor or Trustee, each shall be .presumed to include
the plural or singular as appropriate.-
