his death; said property described as:

Parkway at a point 135.96 feet North of the South line of
the S'~ of the N~ of the NE's of Section ~6, Zbwnship 34 South,
Range 40 East, for a point of beginning; thence run Northeast
erly along the said West right-of-way line of said Parkway, 200
feet; thence turn and rim North 88 degrees 16 minutes 18 seconds
West 309.31 feet; thence run ~ de'9rees 21 minutes 56
seconds West 178.28 feet; thence turn and nm South 89 degrees
23 minutes 04 seconds East 219.14 feet to the point of beginning.
