I~, OMA L. SHISLER, a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills, Codicils
and letters of testamentary import by me made.

FIRST

I direct that all my just debts due at the time of
my death and all my last illness and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my death as practicable.
SECOND
I hereby give, devise and bequeath all my estate
and property, including all property of which I shall die
seized and possessed, and all property to which I shall be
otherwise entitled at the time of my decease, of whatsoever
kind and nature and wheresoever situated, be it real,
personal or mixed, to my son, GORDON D. SHISLER, as his
sole and absolute property, if he shall survive me.
THIRD
In the event my said son, GORDON D. SHISLER, shall
not survive me, or if we shall die as a result of a common
disaster, all of my estate and property, real, personal and
