BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
BEN L. BRYAN, JR., who, being first duly sworn, upon oath, says:
That B. K. HUMPHRIES and JOSEPHINE W. HUMPHRIES were the
owners of the following described property:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A part of Block 32 of PINElI00D SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book S at page 24 of the public records of St.
'Lucie County, Florida, described as follows: Beginning at the
Southwest corner of said Block 32, run Northeasterly along the
Northwesterly boundary of Sunrise Boulevard 182.3 feet, and thence
run Northwesterly at right angle with Sunrise Boulevard 200 feet
for point of beginning; thence run Northeasterly, parallel with
Sunrise Boulevard, 110 feet; thence Southeasterly on a line at
right angle to Sunrise Boulevard 200 feet to the Northwesterly
boundary of Sunrise Boulevard; thence, Southwesterly along the
Northwesterly boundary ,of Sunrise Boulevard a distance of 170 feet .
to a point which is 122.3 feet from the Southwest corner of said
Block 32; thence run Northwesterly at aright angle with Sunrise '
Boulevard 148.2 feet; thence Northerly 79.3 feet, more or less, to
point of beginning; said land lying and being in City of Fort
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
• That B. K. HUMPHRIES and JOSEPHINE W. HUMPHRIES were married.
~ prior to 1942 and said marriage continued without interruption until

the date of his death, which was prior to 1955.
